Hi Mario, The only time you will feel a vibration is if you power the phone on when it is plugged in. There is no vibration if you turn the phone off and there is also no vibration when the phone boots up on battery power. Voiceover will, however, speak when the phone powers up so you'll know when it's ready to go.
