So I deleted a backup on my iPhone on the 15th of January . Went ahead and
tried to make a backup using iCloud's and got the following two errors:

1. iCloud backup failed, there was a problem
Enabling iCloud
2. When I finally am able to enable it and try to create a backup it says the
backup cannot be completed.

I've reset network settings, signed in/out of iCloud, deleted previous iCloud
backups, set the iPhone up as new doing a restore on iTunes. Made a backup
using iTunes. Called apple care And they just said I had to wait and see if
iCloud would allow me to backup again as I've done everything they'd normally
recommend. I downloaded the new update 9.2.1 and then set up
The phone as new and still nothing . Ideas? Thinking of calling apple support
back to say that iCloud backup isn't working but I want to make sure I'm
Not missing anything else.
