Why are you so opposed to the upgrade if it is a security issue that would
mean to me anyway that there is a security risk if you do not upgrade.

Nearly everytime I use my Ipad, I have a popup notification asking if
I wish to update from ios 9.2 to 9.21. I contacted apple
accessibility who indicated there is no way to prevent these frequent
pop up notifications from appearing on the screen and that the reason
that this 9.21 notification appears so frequently is that it pertains
to a security issue. Has anyone found a workaround to disable these
popup notifications concerning ios updates? Thanks for any guidance.
