Hello, I am trying to recognize a document from work that is about 37 pages. Every time KN FB gets to about page 13 it crashes. The document as a PDF. I have tried closing all of my apps so that KN FB has the most memory possible. I am using a 6+ with 128 gig memory. Can anyone make any other suggestions? This is important! Thanks Nancy
