I have no idea why there is a problem every time my husband tries to play his voicemails. When he double taps play, his phone simply freezes up, no voiceover and no voicemail message plays. Pressing the home button takes him back to the screen of apps, but it takes about 10 seconds or more for that to happen. Then if he repeats the process, opens up phone, accesses voicemail and tries to play the message again, usually the same thing occurs, but sometimes the message plays as it should. I have tried a soft reset and nothing changed. I’ve tried turning the phone off, then on and the problem is still there. Does anyone have any idea what’s up?
