You will notice that it is a larger phone, the 4S has a 3.5 inch screen, the 5S has a 4 inch screen. It will also be significantly faster and more responsive. Yes, the 5S has a 64 bit processor and you can use Alex although my personal opinion is that Alex does not sound that great. But of course TTS voices are very subjective and y ou have to decide for yourself. I am not sure what you mean when you say “how much room do you need in an iPhone case to use Touch Id”. The 5S has an 8 MP camera, the 4S camera was only 5 MP. Originally the 5S came in a 64Gb model (I have one) but if you are getting a brand new phone there is no longer a 64Gb model. Apple now only offers the 5S in 16Gb and 32Gb, but you can probably find a refurbished 64Gb or of course used ones.
