I don't have the app, but what I understand it does, is just show you the stations that broadcast for a given team. If the game is on, it will stream it. Based on last years discussions, sometimes some of the stations for a particular team do not broadcast the game, so you have to try another feed. But, once you find it, it is the same as listening to the radio broadcast, so you get the entire game. I've found that often that some teams home stations do not block the internet feed so I am able to listen using TuneIn Radio.
