Hello Sly, If you normally sync contacts with iCloud, go into Settings and choose iCloud. Turn Contacts on if it's off. All your contacts will be copied from iCloud to your phone. If Contacts is already turned on, it's possible your contacts are no longer in iCloud. To find out, go to www.icloud.com. Log in, and choose Contacts. There are accessibility issues with this website, but on my Mac, I can at least tell whether contacts are there, so if you use Windows, I hope you'll be able to find out as well.
