What on earth are you all getting bent out of shape about these players? If you don’t want to play them, then don’t. people may like to have randem plays, in fact I have a couple who have been playing games with me for at least three years and they were random. So just reject it if you don’t know or want to play.

Not sure if you have this update yet, if not, maybe try downloading that and then trying to open the app. That's about the only suggestion I can think of.
