The record thing is a bit odd. I think you have to double tap and hold, though sometimes just double tapping will work. I actually prefer using it on the computer, because the phone gives you words to choose from most of the time, while on the computer you have to remember the entire phrase without help. But when I have used it on the phone, I have plugged in headphones so that Voiceover isn’t heard by the microphone. Abdullah > On Jum.
