Hi Jen. I know this message is a few days after your original post, but here’s another way you might get VoiceOver back. This only works if you have the accessibility option on in your settings.
Press the bottom left button on the remote several times to get to the main screen. Now press and hold the bottom left button for about five seconds. Now, press the large button on the remote. This should activate VoiceOver. I hope this works for you. Have a blessed day, and don’t work too hard.
