Hi, I have 2 ci's and the iphone does work, but probably a neckloop would still be a good idea as it does make hereing the phone a bit easier. If you have a wired neckloop, that would work well, but a bluetooth neckloop will also work well, except that response when touching the screen is a bit sluggish which makes it a bit tricky sometimes.
