Gerardo, You can probably already have such a widget in the notification center, depending on which Twitter client you use. Some let you tweet straight from the notification center. The items in the control center strike me as more related to utilities and media, whereas the notification center is customizable to what you want to see in there, like news, weather, sports, stocks, and so forth.
