Put focus on the Newsfeed button at the bottom left, then Status is at the top left just underneath search. If you swipe you can’t go further left than Search, from there swipe right to Message Friends and one more time to Status. Double tap on it, then touch near the top where you have the “What’s on your mind” edit field, swipe right twice and you are at “Start a live video broadcast”.
