I need some help from the more knowledgeable people on this list. My son passed away and I have his phone. It is running IOS 9.1 and I can’t update it because I do not know the Apple password. Now, that said, I want to get the photos from the phone onto my computer. I read the directions given from ITunes but guess I am not smart enough to understand. They say to connect the phone and then start the Photo app but they don’t say if they mean the one on the phone or the one on the computer. I tried the one on the phone but could not find anything about Import? So I then tried (in ITunes) to find the photo app by selecting apps under the ‘more’ button, then the ‘my apps’ radio button. I then tabbed to the list and OMG! How in the ... can you find the photo aspp? There seems to be no rhyme or reason to how that list is organized or should I say disorganized. I tried and tried with no luck. So please help. Marie
