Hi Mark, I don't think Kathy's problem is access, it is the fact that she can't get into edit mode at all when she wants to log in in the app. I spoke to her on the phone and she can easily get into the email field and type her email address, but when she double taps on the password field or even when she uses the "Forward" button when she is in the email field nothing happens, Voiceover won't go into edit mode, no keyboard comes up and she simply can't enter her password. I have logged out from Audible in the app and had no problems getting to the password field using either method, I have an iPhone 6S Plus and Kathy has a 6 Plus. I think she'll just have to look for sighted help to see what might be going on here.

Somehow, the rep had me get to a place where I could send a bug report that apparently gives them some specifics about my phone. I would like to get back to that home screen to try Sieghard's suggestion about logging out, but I don't remember how the rep got me to that if I couldn't log in.
