Can't agree at this point. It's far too constant for it to be a server
issue. The servers didn't change, just Apple's offerings in apps and
inability to surpass the competition. I'm using the same version you are,
btw.

I've been getting this Siri unprefictibility a lot lately especially where
opening apps and calling contacts is concerned. I am running Ios 8.3 on an
iPhone 6 but I'm skeptical that the iOS version has anything to do with it.
As Sieghard said, sometimes siri just doesn't work and I think it has
something to do with an issue at the Apple servers.

have installed. It says there isn’t an app called Facebook on my phone for
example. I reset the phone by pressing and holding the home and power
button. I cleared the ram. I powered on and off the phone. No luck. Anyone
esle had that issue?
