Well, I have finally managed to do it! Thanks! I think my problem was that I wasn't keeping my hands straight! It seems to be working okay now.

So if you have clock, phone, calendar, and then BARD Mobile from left to right, if you go from BARD Mobile to the calendar, those apps stay in the same position. This is different from the app switcher since once you double tap an app, it is transposed or switches places with whatever the app to the left of the home screen was.
