I'm not sure what you're trying to do , but a Google search lead to the
discussion at https://discussions.apple.com/thread/868377?start=0 where
it says:
The AirPort Express (AX) does not have any default WAN IP address.
The default LAN IP address is 10.0.1.1.
The default configuration password is public.
You can not configure the AX via a web browser you need to use the Apple
AirPort Admin Utility or AirPort Setup Assistant.
