I went to amazon.com. However, I was working from my phone. I did get to customer service, but the best they could do was a one-time code, and when I put it in the captcha box, no other place to put it, I was thrown back into the log'in screen again. Right now I can buy things I want shipped until my app dies, but I cannot buy books. If I wanted to get my 30 day trial for unlimited ebooks and then pay for the subscription I would literally throw away money because I cannot get into the site.
