When time Buzz came out, I turned this feature on and set it to Resume Last Activity so I could easily use Time Buzz with VoiceOver off, as David Woodbridge suggested in his podcast about Time Buzz. However, this setting uses a lot more battery than when Wake on Wrist Raise is turned off. A few days ago, my watch didn't charge properly, so I turned off Wake on Wrist Raise to save battery. I discovered that Resume Last Activity is still set on. This means I can have the battery savings but still have the watch resume with the last app I was using when I unlock the screen by tapping it. I think this is cool, and I hope others will find it useful too. To set the watch this way, turn on Wake Screen on Wrist Raise. Then turn on Resume Last Activity.
