Hi Mary, Yes, I went ahead and re-created my folders. It wasn't such a big risk for me, as almost all my items were showing up in the No Folder list and my library isn't very large. It seems to have worked fine, as far as I can tell.
Today I uploaded some documents into my library using iCloud Drive on the PC. This worked well and was very convenient, but the new files showed up in one of the folders that I had created, whereas I would have expected them to be in the No Folder list. I will need to test this further before writing to Winston.
