Well, I have been seeing this for at least a month, if not more. And it works, 
such as it is. It will tell you how many people are in the picture, or if it is 
outdoors, or, for instance, if it is food, as you might get on a cooking 
message board. I know many people are very excited about this, but frankly, I 
don't see where it is very useful at this stage of the game. It does not do OCR 
on the text which is a major portion of so many photos. And of course, it can't 
actually describe pictures or cartoons. So the notion that this is going to 
help you participate in the discussion about the photo is frankly absurd.
