Hi Sarai, AppleVis does have an Apple Watch directory, so that's a good place to look.
A couple of apps I like include: Just Press Record, which lets you record on your watch and saves the recordings to iCloud. Hangman, which works pretty well. AppleVis has the developer and link. Roll the Bones is a dice-rolling app, good for role-playing games and such. Kalkulilo is a calculator that has a watch app. Clicker is used for counting things; I used it to help with a complicated knitting project. The Martian game has an Apple Watch component that shows Mark Watney's vital signs, a nice addition to the game.
