They require iOS8. I say this because I wanted to install on my Dad's
iPhone 3GS Tunein Radio, and it's on 6.1.6, letting me know that at
least iOS8 is required.So go ahead and update your 4S to 9.3.1! it runs
great at least on mine.

enough solution. If it won't support the update, then you should find an app
that doesn't require iOS 9. I can't believe that all of the radio apps, such as
radium, tune in radio, and others require iOS 9.
