This has been a continuing problem. For whatever reason when you plug something in the headphone jack of the iPhone it takes the wired and blue tooth audio away. I got a new blue tooth Square reader which takes the chip cards but haven't had a chance to see if it will allow me to use VO as I usually don't actually get to see the credit card. Do you use a Braille display? I found that a blue tooth connected Braille display continues to work even though voice is off.

I was not able to hear VIO with my Plantronics Voyager Edge with iPhone 6S when plugged in the Square reader. My phone is running the latest IOs. I am not sure how to resolve the problem since no sound came out to my Edge. Any suggestion would be appreciated. Thanks!
