Hello, Someone asked me to check into this. He is having trouble pairing his Braille Sense U2 with his iPhone 5S. When he tries to pair it, nothing happens. He tries to use the Braille Sense, but nothing happens on the phone.
Does anyone have an idea of what might need to be done to fix this? Is there a particular setting to change, or something else to try?
