One possibility is to convert the videos to MP3 using the free Clip Converter online service. The converted videos do not have ads in them. Take the Mp3 files and place them in a folder. Add this folder to your iTunes library and synch your iPhone with iTunes. Your converted videos will be in an album in the music app with no ads.
