Yes, I have the latest update, 4.03. I don't know what it is about this iCloud sink, but it certainly is strange. I am still waiting for a whole folder of books to show up on the iPad. Fascinating, since that's where I did the actual book moving. They're on my phone, but not on the pad in the proper folder. Mary
