You can swipe between pages by using one finger on the page number icon just above the dock. AS for unlocking, I am not sure if the one finger slide changes with zoom, but I would suspect not.
Maybe by using Bold Text and large font you can get close to what you can use. Otherwise, you would need a hand-held magnifier.
