Hi Sieghard, I understand now why I could find the record button only some of the time and not at other time when I was going to send a text. Now that I understand the other person has to have an Apple device with Imessage turned on to have the record button be on. That is why I was seeing it some of the time and not at other time. I thought I was losing my mind. You know how us old folks are. Hahahah

Also, the Record button is exactly where normally the Send button is and as soon as you type a character or even a space it changes from “Record” to “Send”.
