Hi all,

The time has come for me to upgrade the computer on which I have iTunes and I really need advice, as soon as possible, as it's being sorted tomorrow by a tech friend who knows much better than I, but he doesn't use iTunes.

Can anyone please tell me what I need to do to ensure that I can get back into the programme, preferably without having to do all the initial setting up and putting all my music there once again. Of course I realise the upgrade itself may not go to plan and will deal with those eventualities, but would be so glad of some advice on how I should do this, assuming all works well. My other PC does not have iTunes on it but I do have all my music safely stored away, should I really come unstuck.

Please let me know specifically what I need to backup for iTunes to work correctly.

Thanks for any advice you can give.

Carol P
