Plug your phone into your computer via the USB cable. Unlock it. In iTunes, tab until you find the iPhone button and hit spacebar or enter. Tab to the "treeview" and arrow down, very, very slowly, as it takes time to refresh. When you get to music, tab and make sure Sync Music is checked. I sync my entire library which is another checkbox option, or you can elect to sync only certain songs. Someone else will have to help you with that if you want to do that.
When done, go to the apply or sync button, whichever it is and hit it and it will sync your music.
