Thanks much, Richard, for answering to my question.

Is there any other setting for the profile besides to being set to automatic?

Thanks!

The only time I've gotten the lens covered message is when the profile was set
to automatic in KNFB reader.

Or, your case is partially covering the lens.

Hi, list.

Someone mentioned yesterday that they are having problem with the camera of
their Iphone5S when they use KNFBReader. It says the lense is covered.

This happened to me also with KNFBReader. I got the same prompt.

When I used BE My Eyes, I was told by the helping person that the camera is not
clear.

Are we supposed to turn somethings on that might be turned off by mistake?

Thanks!
