Hi All, I've only recently begun using my focus braille display with my iPhone for word processing. It's working pretty well except for some odd behavior when I try reading back over what I've written. I find that when I type a period at the end of a sentence, even though the correct punctuation mark is present in the document, I see the word "period" on my display rather than the punctuation symbol.
Why is this happening? Do I have something set wrong? Or is this something funky with the braille translation in iOS? Thanks for any assistance.
