HI Cher, Windows 10 is an upgrade from Windows 7 so no, you can’t use Windows 7 together with Windows 10, it would be like using iOS 8 together with iOS 9. As far as getting pictures off your iPhone and onto the computer, you don’t need to use anything except Windows Explorer. In Windows 10 use Windows Key + E, your iPhone should be listed as a drive, you can open it and drill down through the various subfolders (very much like using an SD card from a camera) and when you get to you rlist of pictures highlight the ones you want to copy, press Control+C to copy them to the clipboard, go to the folder where you want them and press Control+V for paste and they will be copied to that folder. Let me know if you need more help with this, but it’s pretty straight forward. You could of course also use iCloud, Dropbox or OneDrive if you use any of them and turn on the feature to upload your photos then it will happen wirelessly in the background. If, for example, you are a Dropbox user, you can turn on Camera roll or Camera Backup (can’t remember what exactly it is called), but it is in the Setting of the Dropbox app. It will create a Camera Uploads folder in your Dropbox folder and any pictures you take will automatically get uploaded there. If you have Dropbox set up on your computer they will download to that folder on your PC.

I don’t understand all the buttons to select from. The Win7 program just did it all without asking me to make all these non-intuitive selections. Can you use the Win7 program in Win10? Thanks.
