Hello Amy, I can assure you that the TV Guide Mobile app does, indeed, display and, consequently, VoiceOver does announce both the call letters and channel number in the channel listings table. For example, VoiceOver might say, "KCBS, 2" or "CNN, 38".
Make certain that you have the correct app and that you have the Listings tab selected.
