Once you convert the youtube video, you have the option to save the converted mp3 to your dropbox. Contact me off list, if you need help. I remember you and I were discussing this issue a few months ago when the app we were using stopped working. I was able to find this site with a lot of digging. It isn't an app, but, you can put the site on your home screen. It is very easy.
