If you have your printer connected to usb threw your router would that still let you print from your I device? We used to have that printer and it was USB only. We recently replaced it with the HL 2360 DW which does double sided printing and is also Wireless and works with Apple devices. There is a nice Brother iPrint app. There are apps with Windows programs you can download and make the HL 2140 useable with your iDevice but the computer that the printer is connected to has to be on for that setup to work.
