The 3 new banks began to be supported on Monday. I was told by my bank that all terminals that take a tap will also work with Apple Pay. If you can’t tap your card, perhaps your card is too old and perhaps not supported. You may have to get your card updated. Hi Fazil, I stand corrected, but this must be a June 1 update because I know I just tried to add my own BMO Air Miles Mastercard on Sunday and my wife also tried with her Scotia Bank debit card and Wallet told us that the cards were not yet supported. When I read your message just now I tried again to add my Mastercard and it now worked and then my wife tried her Scotia debit card and it also worked. Interestingly enough my Scotia debit card didn’t work, Wallet told me it was not yet supported. I’ll have to go to the bank and find out why, but I think maybe it’s because it’s an older card, my wife’s is a Visa debit card which means she can use it as a debit card, but she can also use it as a Visa entering her card number and all that for online purchases.
