I hate giving any advice since I'm by no means a power user, but I would stay away from this update unless you know it works from having seen it on someone elses machine. I've been fiddling around with it in the hope of understanding how to do what I want to do and I'm setting up another podcatcher because I've had no success at all. I have tried both Window-Eyes and NVDA.
