Hello Mary, 1. For whatever reason, Firefox cannot access the Feedly.com website--at least, not on my Windows 7 PC. Internet Explorer, 11, however brings it up just fine.
2. In iOS, open Safari and browse to the Feedly.com website. After the page is loaded, simply single-finger, double-tap and hold the Reload button, in order to request the Desktop version of the site. Once done, you can find the login button and sign into your account.
