Assuming you are using all the latest versions, the only thing I can think of 
is that Quick Nav was on.

I don't recall if there is a keystroke to turn it off with a braille display, 
but you can do that with a Bluetooth keyboard with the left and right arrow 
keys together.

braille display. I was using Microsoft Word.
Every time I entered a character, my braille display went to the top of the 
current page or the top of the document. Is there a way to get my display to 
follow the cursor?
