Denise, I use Amazon prime once in a while and have had no problem with it. Do a search, find the program you want to watch, you can then either download or stream the episode. I have never downloaded the episodes, I always stream them. I have also used the watch list with no problem. What problem are you having, does it just not stream? You can write me off list, if you like.
