Hi, I haven’t seen that in a long long time. iOS 9 should fix it. Try turning off all the unnecessary animations and such, it will make a big difference. All the settings for this are under Accessibility. One is called Reduce Motion but I can’t think of what the other one is called. Reduce Transparencey maybe? And then, turn on Increase contrast I think it is. The settings I just mentioned are in that same general area.
