Hello,
You should be able to do a four finger single tap at the top of the
screen to move to the beginning. Once you do the four finger tap flick
to the right a few times and you should be at the top of the tweet list.
You can also move a finger down from the top of the screen till you
encounter the row of buttons at the top. Once you find these buttons you
can flick to the right a few times and this should also put you at the
top of the tweet list.
