My sighted husband got me past the videos. Now everything is fine. I think the problem is that I called and changed to the new verizon plan, and that is why they had all of the videos. But, as someone else, said, you can't use all of the new features if you don't change the plan. Apparently, you can save your unused data, but, only the data from the month before. In other words, you can't accumulate a bunch of data. I still don't understand it totally, but, I am going to work on that today since I don't have to work.
