Hello everyone. I have a question to those who are knowledgeable with Sonos, i should know this myself but i don’t so here goes: I have encountered a little issue which is that when i try starting up Trueplay, i get through the presentation of Trueplay and the first step where it tells me to place the speakers right where i want them and then on the next page there’s a dialog saying that trueplay is coming soon and that the iPhone isn’t yet supported. Now i know for a fact that it is, so i suspect something fishy with my system. I’ve been talking to Sonos technical support and they’re as clueless as i as to what this problem might be, so now i got the advise to simply reinstall the system from scratch and i wonder how do you reinstall your sonos system? What’s the best way of doing this? Thanks so much. /Krister
