I've gotten that too from one person but a couple of others were quite nice
and at minimum tried to be helpful. Don't let the luck of the draw dissuade
you from trying again. That's assuming, of course, that what you want to do
is doable to begin with.

And when I called, the tech made it clear that since I'm using windows and a
3rd party software (JFW), it is up to FS to keep up with all the things
Apple breaks with each new release! Very irritating!

Hi, yep, I'd be very happy! I haven't written on this recently but, to be
honest, I am seriously taking a look elsewhere because I'm sick of the
constant change in the app and the things that are difficult to visualise,
slow to move to and change every time there's a new version, not to mention
those things that just don't work after a new version comes out. It's not
good enough in my book and certainly spoils what I still consider to be the
very best device out there so far as accessability is concerned.
I am wondering if Apple's policy is that everyone who can't manage iTunes,
or doesn't want to bother with it, doesn't have to as they can use the Cloud
and download all the music from - well, guess where! <Smiles>
No, we already have lots of music and want to use it ...
Yes, we still have a Windows PC and the learning curve with a Mac was too
great for me so I gave it up ...
You're welcome to pass this on!

Richard is correct about the latest version- and in that version I cannot
read the albums in the list at all. Please call Apple and I will also.
