Hi, Did you try going into purchased apps under App Store Updates and downloading them from there?
Or, did you change the search to iPhone apps? Since you are using an iPad, it could be they show up, but they are designed for the iPhone. Some times, for whatever reason, if you toggle the search to iPhone apps, you can then download them. They will work fine on the iPad.
